- Belotero is particularly well-suited for patients with fine surface lines around the mouth, nasolabial fold, or forehead where a smooth, skin-integrated filler is preferred. It is an excellent option for patients who have experienced visible lumping or Tyndall effect from other hyaluronic acid fillers in superficial placements.
THE PROCEDURE
Belotero's Cohesive Polydensified Matrix (CPM) technology gives it a uniquely soft, flexible consistency that distributes evenly within the dermis. Injections are placed at a superficial to mid-dermal level using a fine needle, allowing the product to fill wrinkles without creating visible ridges or discoloration. The treatment takes 20 to 30 minutes with topical anesthetic for comfort.
